Start a Girls Who Code Club!

Girls in 6th through 12th grades are encouraged to follow this model for forming a Girls Who Code Club at their school or in their community! A volunteer instructor is required to form a club and then let the coding being!

Start a Girls Develop It Club

Interested in coding? Start of a new chapter of this organization which offers coding opportunities and mentorship. 

Camp Galileo

Where: Multiple locations in the Los Angeles area (Culver City, Brentwood, Manhattan Beach), the Bay Area, the Peninsula, and San Francisco 
Who: Students in third through fifth grade.
Interactive science camp for elementary school students.

Destination Science

Where: Multiple locations in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington
Who: Students 5-11 years old.
Summer science camp from early June through August. Sessions held Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Alexa Cafe

Where: Multiple locations in Los Angeles, Northern California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Texas, Washington, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Who: Girls 10-15 years old.
Week-long, all-girls summer camp located in high school and university settings. Various programs available from the end of June to the end of July. This camp offers the girls extensive knowledge in STEM. Courses include film making, coding, game design, and many more!

iD Tech Mini
Where: Multiple locations iLos Angeles, Northern California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Texas, Washington, Nevada, and New York.
Who: Students 6-9 years old (rising first through forth graders).
Co-ed summer camp for students located at local high schools and universities. Half day and full day programs available. The programs include beginner programming app development, robotics engineering, web design photography, and more! Various skill levels offered from Beginner to Advanced.

iD Programming Academy

Where: Multiple locations in Southern California, Northern California, Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Massachusetts, Texas, Washington, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New Jersey.
Who: Pre-college students 13-18 years old.
This intensive two-week college preparatory program offers a wide variety of programming courses such as C++ game programming, HTML5 app development, Google Android app development with Java, and electrical engineering platforms. Various skill levels offered from Beginner to Advanced.

Summer Camps @ The Tech

Where: The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose, CA.
Who: Students in forth through eighth grades.
Part- and full-day weeklong classes expose students to topics ranging from engineering to computer programming to medicine and cooking. This program is highly flexible as one can select the number of classes per day as well as extended care opportunities throughout the day.
